The service

Infloo lets you upload photos from an event or trip and get them sorted into a posting plan with suggested filters, songs and captions. It is provided by Tavo, Rijeka, Croatia.

Your account

You sign in with an email and password or a Google account, and must be at least 16. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show them back to you, and to anyone you share an event with. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including for the people in it. Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have rights to.

If you choose to keep an approximate location with your uploads, it is used only to suggest places and captions for your own photos, is not shown to anyone you share an event with, and can be removed from any photo at any time. The privacy policy explains how it is handled.

Suggestions are suggestions

Groups, reasons, filters, songs, captions and warnings are generated automatically and can be wrong. Whether and what to post is your decision. Check the warnings, and ask people before posting them.

Plans and allowances

The free plan includes 10 photo uploads per calendar month. Deleted photos do not restore the allowance. Paid plans, when offered, will have their own terms shown at purchase.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be up and correct, but we do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for lost posts, lost photos you have not kept a copy of, or anything you post as a result of using it. Keep your originals.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Law

Croatian law applies. Courts in Rijeka have jurisdiction, unless consumer law says otherwise.
